Accommodation Details

We have developed an offer tailored for digital nomads, remote workers, “snow birds” and (solo) travellers who prefer monthly stays — though you are just as welcome to come for a shorter visit first, to meet us and explore the location.

We offer several accommodation options, all just 1–5 minutes’ walking distance from the beach 🏖:

  • Holiday studios with a kitchenette — our Community Hub, ideally situated between two stunning beaches
  • Hotel rooms with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen
  • Standard apartments with a full-size kitchen and a washing machine

Bigger apartments are also available on request.

Off-season rates

Our off-season rates apply from October to the end of May (excluding the Easter period), subject to availability.

Holiday studios

  • Single occupancy, 2 months or more: €550/month + utilities
  • Couples, 2 months or more: €600/month + utilities
  • Short-term rate (one month): €750 + utilities

Hotel room (private bathroom, shared kitchen)

  • 2 months or more: €450/month + utilities
  • Short-term rate (one month): €650 + utilities

Larger apartments: on request.

Utilities typically range from €100–120 monthly (electricity at €0.50/kWh, plus water and sewage), depending on usage. Thanks to solar water heating in some studios, they can be as low as €50.

Please note that monthly rent is to be paid in advance, along with a security deposit for utilities. Our off-season offer is limited to a specific number of apartments.
