We have developed an offer tailored for digital nomads who prefer monthly stays, though you can also visit for a shorter period to meet us and explore the location.
We offer several accommodation options (holiday apartments with kitchenettes, a hotel with a shared kitchen, and standard apartments with full-size kitchens). All locations are just 1-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. 🏖
Please note that monthly rent is to be paid in advance, along with a security deposit for utilities.
Our Community Hub features holiday apartments ideally situated between two stunning beaches.
Each unit includes:
- A bedroom area
- A compact kitchen
- Table and chairs
- Private bathroom
Our off-season rates for mid-term stays (minimum 2 months, October-May, excluding Easter) are as follows:
- Single occupancy: €550/month + utilities
- Couples: €600/month + utilities
- Short-term rate (one month): €750 + utilities
Utilities typically range from €100-120 monthly (electricity at €0.50/kWh, plus water and sewage), depending on usage.
Included amenities:
- High-speed internet
- Weekly housekeeping with fresh linens and towels
- Complimentary breakfast (coffee, toast with marmalade, or cake)
- Laundry facilities (€5 per load)
- 10% discount at our beauty salon
- Pet-friendly accommodation
Please note that our off-season offer is limited to a specific number of apartments.
